How to request account and data deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your app account (if you have one). Use the button above or write to:

tarnapolskiy@icloud.com — subject line: Account and data deletion — Sudoku (Google Play)

Steps to take

  1. Open your email app and start a new message to tarnapolskiy@icloud.com.
  2. Set the subject to: Account and data deletion — Sudoku (Google Play).
  3. In the message, state clearly that you want your Sudoku account and associated personal data deleted.
  4. If you signed in to the app (for example with email or a linked provider), include the same email address you used in the app, or your user ID if you know it, so we can match your request to the right account.
  5. Optional but helpful: approximate date you started using the account, and your country/region if you are exercising a privacy right.
  6. Send the message. We will confirm receipt when reasonable and process your request as described below.

If the app version you use does not offer sign-in or an online account, you may still email us to ask for erasure of personal data we hold about you (for example from support messages). There may be no separate “account” to delete.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

What may be kept or is outside our direct control

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Portugal: CNPD). More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
